Terms & Conditions

Ovation Homes Inc is offering bonus incentives to customers that meet the following terms and conditions. Additionally, Ovation Homes reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any given time and can refuse the acceptance of bonus incentives for customers that violate our professional standards. Furthermore, Ovation Homes Inc requires that any bonus incentives, special pricing, or discounts of any kind must be signed by Ovation Homes Inc to be accepted.

The current bonus incentive terms are outlined as follows:

1. Promotion runs from launch until October 30, 2022 or until  available promotion units have been allocated.

2. Must complete Registration process as outlined by Lift Metrics Real Estate Inc and Ovation Homes Inc. (i.e. be a registered member of the “Ovation Insiders”

3. Available promotional units are $20,000 (5 available), $17,500 (limited availability), $15,000 (limited availability).  

4. Promotional units will be consumed on a first qualified first served basis.

5. Must complete a lot offer to purchase no later than October 30, 2020

6. Must complete a firm house and lot purchase through Ovation Homes Inc. prior to November 30, 2020

7. For Fixed price contracts the Promotion credit will be applied at the Statement of Adjustments prior to Closing

8. For Cost Plus contracts the Promotion credit will be applied on the final invoice gross total inclusive of the 12.5% Management Fee.

9. Cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers.
